Job Summary: We are seeking a systems professional with experience in Java and Spring Boot to analyze and migrate legacy systems, design microservices, and build modern web solutions. At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Legacy Analysis and Migration** * Analyze decompiled Java classes, cust.* packages, UI beans, EJBs, MEA services, and Maximo configurations. * Identify business rules embedded in classes such as Order, MetodosGenerales, scheduling, dispatching, inventory, and auditing. * Develop traceability matrices between: * Current functionality. * Legacy class or method. * Oracle table and column. * External integration. * New microservice. * Target endpoint or event. * Design services aligned with business capabilities, avoiding system partitioning solely by tables. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Degree in Systems, Software Engineering, or related fields (completed). * 3–5 years of experience with Java and Spring Boot. * Frontend web development with React and TypeScript or Angular. * State management, complex forms, tables, filters, and bulk operations. * Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in the UI, complementing backend authorization. * Responsive design for desktop, tablet, and mobile operation. * Consumption of REST APIs and events/notifications. * Error handling, loading states, retries, and pending operations. * Visible audit trails for operational users. * Experience designing microservices (**desirable**: EKS). * Experience with Oracle database. * Experience **desirable** in legacy system migration/modernization (IBM WebSphere). * Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD. **Desirable Requirements** * AWS experience (desirable). * Experience with IBM Maximo, IBM WebSphere. * Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
