Job Summary: We are seeking a charismatic and verbally fluent Hostess to be the face of our institution, responsible for welcoming students and closing enrollments with energy and expert guidance. We are a leading company in the educational arts sector and are looking for our next Hostess. You will be the face of our institution, responsible for welcoming our students and closing enrollments with maximum energy. **Responsibilities:** * **Enrollment Management:** Advise prospective students on the benefits of our programs and effectively finalize their enrollment. * **Revenue Control:** Monitor cash flow, payments via digital wallets (Yape/Plin), and administrative registration of monthly fees. * **Public Relations:** Provide a high-level welcome to our current students, reinforcing a sense of community. * **Retention:** Coordinate monthly renewals to ensure member continuity and satisfaction. **Requirements:** * **Reside in San Juan de Lurigancho** (Mandatory due to proximity to the location). * Students pursuing service-oriented majors: **Commercial Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications**, or related fields. * Prior experience in premium customer service, counter, or hosting roles (minimum 6 months). * **Extroverted** personality, strong problem-solving ability, and impeccable punctuality. **We Offer:** * **Fixed Compensation:** For a scheduled night shift (Tuesday to Friday, 7:15 PM to 10:45 PM). * **Ongoing Incentives:** Variable bonuses based on goal achievement. * **Performance Bonuses:** Group rewards for meeting occupancy targets (dinners, success bonuses). * **Exclusive Environment:** Join a leading brand in the artistic and wellness sector in SJL.
