AC Logística is searching for top talent to fill the position of: **Inventory Assistant / Graduate Technician / Mega Dueñas** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed technical studies in Accounting, Administration, Logistics, or related disciplines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Spreadsheet at Basic to Intermediate level) * SAP knowledge (desirable) * Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience in inventory control areas. * Availability to work at the Villa El Salvador site during afternoon or night shifts (rotating) * Availability to work 50/50 between office-based and operational tasks. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Proper preparation of picked pallets (in physical boxes) prior to loading onto distribution trucks (first loads and replenishments) to ensure record accuracy. Additionally, recording picking errors and expedition staff productivity. * GRR (Goods Receipt Report) for dispatching containers, pallets, and racks to Plants and Buffer Warehouses to ensure container flow to Plants for bottling. * Operational readiness of CK3 devices to ensure real-time functionality of warehouse processes. * Generation, printing, and scanning of Maquila labels to identify pallets and render them available for sale. * Correct receipt and organized storage in warehouses, respecting FEFO (First Expired, First Out). * Physical market returns: Active assets (containers, boxes, etc.) and customer returns to prevent unjustified losses in warehouses. **BENEFITS:** Direct payroll enrollment from the first day of employment.
