We are a Peruvian fast-food company specializing in smoked dishes and appetizers, and we are looking for a passionate, responsible, and growth-oriented **Kitchen Assistant**. What Will Be Your Mission? * **Active Collaboration:** Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellence in our gastronomic service. * **Organization:** Maintain order, cleanliness, and disinfection of work areas and utensils. * **Quality and Freshness:** Verify ingredient freshness before and during service. * **Safety:** Ensure strict compliance with food and health safety regulations throughout the preparation process. Requirements: * **Experience:** With or without prior experience (we will train you if you have the right attitude!). * **Attitude:** A dynamic, proactive, responsible individual with strong teamwork orientation. * **Skills:** Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the pace of a fast-food kitchen. * **Documentation:** Possession of a valid **Health Certificate** (or willingness to obtain one promptly). * **Residence:** Living in areas near the location or having convenient transportation for the shift schedule. * **Education (Preferred):** Technical studies in cooking, gastronomy, or related fields (not mandatory). What Do We Offer? * **Compensation:** S/. 1,200 monthly. * **Fixed Schedule:** 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. (Ideal if you prefer mornings free for studying or other activities). * **Work Environment:** A young, dynamic team and an excellent working atmosphere. * **Learning:** Ongoing training in smoking techniques and kitchen management.
