Job Summary: We are seeking Loss Prevention Agents for retail stores, with or without experience, to ensure the security and protection of store assets. Key Highlights: 1. In-person and structured work environment On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting Loss Prevention Agents for retail stores. REQUIREMENTS: Age 20\-55, height: males 1\.68m / females 1\.60m, with or without experience, completed secondary education, MOBILE PHONE MANDATORY (pre-monitoring), formal appearance (short hair, sportswear attire, NO shorts). 95% male candidates; some positions available for females. DOCUMENTS: Updated CV \+ ID card (DNI) \+ Police clearance certificate (CUL) \+ utility bill \+ children's ID cards (if applicable) \+ active mobile phone. CONDITIONS: Direct payroll, flexible 8\-12-hour shifts, monthly base salary ranging from S/ 1,130 to S/ 1,761\- S/ 1,806 (depending on overtime), payment split as 40% mid-month \+ 60% end-of-month, attendance bonuses S/.70\-123, gift cards S/.50, uniform, induction.
