Job Summary: We are seeking Multifunctional Assistants to manage orders, maintain product organization, and support operational functions in hidden stores/minimarkets. Key Highlights: 1. We are currently recruiting Multifunctional Assistants for our hidden stores / minimarkets located in Surco, Miraflores, San Luis, San Borja, La Molina, Chorrillos, Pueblo Libre, and other districts. Latin America's SuperApp promotes inclusion and equal opportunity in accordance with current regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and prepare orders entered through the application. * Perform picking, packing, and handover of orders to the assigned rider. * Maintain order and proper product distribution within the store. * Conduct assigned cyclic counts and inventories. * Verify correct receipt and quality control of merchandise. * Ensure proper product rotation and shrinkage control. * Support operational functions related to store operations. **Requirements:** * Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * Availability to work full-time. * Prior experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, or operational roles is desirable. * If you lack experience, we will train you! **Benefits:** * Full payroll registration from the first working day. * Statutory benefits. * Corporate benefits. * Internal discounts. * Opportunities for growth and development. * Positive work environment.
