RESPONSIBILITIES: * Food processing (meat, fish, and sausages). * Butchering, cutting, and preparation of products. * Packaging, labeling, and quality control. * Basic operation of industrial tools and machinery. REQUIREMENTS: * Prior experience as a food operator is not required. * Age between 18 and 58 years. * Willingness to work on-site in Poland. * Availability for shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. CONDITIONS AND BENEFITS: * Initial one-year contract with possibility of renewal. * Monthly salary ranging approximately from PLN 4,000 to PLN 7,000. * Overtime available. * Sundays off. * Meals provided according to company policy. * Affordable accommodation and transportation options available. * Career progression based on performance.
