You definitely don’t want to miss out! **Junior Project Analyst / Manager** **Responsibilities and Duties** Position Objective: Provide support in project planning, monitoring, and coordination, ensuring adherence to timelines, deliverables, and activities defined by the organization. Main Functions: * Requirement understanding/gathering * Implementation of project strategies from inception through to production deployment of functionality. * End-to-end project execution. * Development of work plans and reports. * Team coordination. * Risk, dependency, and impediment management. * Proficiency in agile frameworks * Work management (user stories, tasks, defects, incidents). * Estimation techniques. * Project progress metrics. * Budget and quotation management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree or university graduate in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Project Management, or related fields Competencies: * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Analytical ability. * Results orientation. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Attention to detail. Experience: * 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, monitoring, or support. * Agile or traditional methodology experience is desirable. * Experience preparing reports, presentations, indicator tracking, and quotations. Required Knowledge: * Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel. * Project management. * Schedule development and activity tracking. * Budget and quotation preparation. * Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, or Azure DevOps. * Understanding of frameworks such as Agile (Scrum/Kanban). * Ability to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables while ensuring quality and timeline adherence. * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana). * Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and roadmaps. * Effective communication and common sense. **Additional Information** Looking for a place where your ideas shine?
