




**SM Hotel & Business Av Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently looking for staff for the RECEPTION area to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with established policies and procedures. * Attend to guest requests. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback in the incident report. * Promote sales of products, early check-in, and late check-out. * Support the reception team in carrying out its functions, ensuring compliance with established standards. * Effectively receive and hand over shifts, communicating relevant information and incidents that occurred. * Manage the reception petty cash fund (currency exchange, reconciliation, etc.). * Process invoices and send receipts. * Follow up on inactive accounts, the Occurrence Logbook, and the Complaints Book. * Ensure the reception desk has all necessary materials for daily operations. * Support cleaning and organization of the work area, maintaining appropriate appearance and adherence to hygiene standards. * Provide support to other departments as required, according to operational needs and upon prior coordination with the supervisor. * Collaborate with other departments as needed, coordinating with the team to ensure uninterrupted service. **Competencies and Benefits:** * Availability to work full-time in San Miguel. * Timely payments. * Monthly rotating schedules. * Sales incentives. * Positive work environment. * One day off per week. **Experience:** * Receptionist: 1 year (preferred) * Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Hospitality and Tourism, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. **Send your CV to: 933 544 775** Job type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Workplace: On-site
