Universitaria 848, San Miguel.** **We are currently recruiting reception staff to join our team!** **Responsibilities:** * Perform check-in and check-out following established policies and procedures. * Actively attend to guest requests. * Handle, resolve, and record guest complaints and feedback in the incident report. * Promote sales of front desk products, early check-in, and late check-out. * Support the front desk team in carrying out their duties while ensuring compliance with established standards. * Effectively hand over shifts, communicating daily information and incidents. * Manage the front desk petty cash fund (currency exchange, reconciliation, etc.). * Issue invoices and send receipts. * Follow up on inactive accounts, Occurrence Logbook, and Complaints Book. * Ensure the front desk has all necessary materials for daily operations. **Competencies and Benefits:** * Availability to work full-time in San Miguel on 8-hour shifts. * Timely payments. * Monthly rotating schedules. * Sales incentive. * Occupancy bonus (target-based). * Excellent work environment. * One day off per week. **Requirements:** * One year of experience (preferred). * Current student or graduate in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. **Send your updated CV to: \+51 941 994 747** **Immediate availability** Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Internship Workplace: On-site employment
