The Project Management and Construction Unit is one of the pillars of our comprehensive service offering, designed to help clients plan, develop, and successfully launch their projects—ensuring efficient, responsible, and high-quality execution. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: Position: Resident Construction Engineer Location: Lima (Cercado de Lima) **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Assume full responsibility for the entire project according to the role. * Lead and manage the project to fully satisfy customer objectives, scope, and expectations. * Complete all required documentation at each project phase (Project Management templates). * Develop the Project Work Plan, Quality Plan, Cost Baseline, and Schedule Baseline. * Define project scope and objectives. * Develop a detailed activity, resource, and timeline plan for project execution. * Define and manage the integration of Project Team members (Project Staff). * Establish and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders. * Identify and manage risks and issues that may arise during project execution. * Establish and maintain control over the project budget and all assigned resources. * Conduct detailed progress tracking (schedule, % completion, SPI/CPI indices) and implement preventive and corrective actions as needed. * Submit periodic project status reports to senior management and the client. * Take action to ensure the project is completed within the agreed time, budget, and quality parameters. * Continuously evaluate the performance of the project team (Project Staff) and provide feedback to improve project leadership and management. * Lead, manage, and promote communications at all levels. * Coordinate all project-related activities to ensure success and achievement of established objectives. * Periodically report to General Management on the overall status of the assigned project, including all previously defined key performance indicators for project success. * Perform other duties inherent to the position and represent the company as determined by General Management. * Carry out additional tasks complementary to the position and aligned with the Integrated Management System guidelines. Requirements: * Degree and professional license in Civil Engineering. * Experience in Public and Private Construction Projects **(over 10 years)** * Industry/Sector: Construction, Buildings, and/or Real Estate Services. * Postgraduate degree / Diploma in Project Management. Knowledge: * Master’s degree, Diploma, and/or specialization in Project Management and/or Administration. * Construction Supervision Course. (Desirable) * Professional PMP Certification. (Desirable) * Basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Matrix, and Anti-Bribery.
