A tourism company is looking to hire a proactive individual with excellent communication skills to enhance our sales through digital channels. **Main Responsibilities** * Manage and close sales of tourism packages, full-day tours, accommodations, and other tourism services via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media. * Provide personalized consultation and timely support to potential customers. * Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities. * Coordinate and confirm reservations under the supervision of the Commercial Manager. * Maintain an updated customer database. * Support the creation of promotional content for social media. * Participate in live streams and digital promotion activities on TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms. **Requirements** * Proven experience in selling tourism packages, accommodations, travel tickets, or related services. * Completed technical or university studies in Hospitality and Tourism, Commercial Aviation, Tourism Administration, or related fields. * Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, basic Microsoft Excel, and social media platforms. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Goal- and results-oriented mindset. * Immediate availability for full-time employment. **Benefits** * Market-competitive remuneration. * Commissions and incentives based on goal achievement. * Ongoing training and professional development. * Excellent work environment. * Opportunities for career growth within the company.
