Participate in one of the company's most ambitious commercial projects. **Date:** Jun 7, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** You will contribute to Alicorp's digital transformation process through the data governance program. You will work with Data Owners and Data Stewards to define data domains, policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with the data governance framework. You will gain familiarity with key business processes and help drive a data-driven mindset. You will participate in one of the company's most ambitious commercial projects.**What will you do in this role?** * Diagnose and assess data quality, proposing and implementing improvement plans with continuous monitoring. * Lead data optimization initiatives, ensuring proper execution through periodic reviews. * Define and implement controls, quality rules, and validations in coordination with Data Owners and Data Stewards. * Ensure business rules are incorporated into data quality dashboards and transfer management responsibility to the responsible team. * Identify and structure data domains, subdomains, and key data roles (e.g., Data Owner, Steward, KPI Owner). * Contribute to the design and implementation of data governance processes, including quality, lineage, metadata, and valuation. * Ensure proper documentation and timely updates of the business glossary for corresponding domains. * Support automation of validations and controls over master data, providing functional expertise. * Assist in identifying and gathering business use cases based on data. * Ensure proper definition of use cases by contributing domain knowledge and aligning with business needs. **What do we need from you?** * Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * 3 years of experience in roles related to data governance or data stewardship. * Solid knowledge or DAMA Practitioner certification (mandatory). * Experience in project management and leadership. * Intermediate English
