We are currently recruiting **TERRAMOZAS** to join our team on the **ICA \- LIMA** route. **Join a company that provides safe and comfortable travel—and become part of our team!** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, interprovincial transportation, or similar roles. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work **TRAVELING** on **ROTATING SHIFTS** for the **ICA \- LIMA** route. * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and service-oriented attitude. * Must reside in the **DISTRICT** of **ICA.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized assistance to passengers during the journey. * Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard. * Prepare and organize service supplies (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic cabin rounds to address passenger requests. * Deliver the standardized welcome and safety announcement following company protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and disembarkation. * Ensure compliance with onboard service quality standards. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Monthly salary of S/1800 (base salary of S/1500 \+ fixed bonus of S/300\). * Enrollment in the General Payroll Regime from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path.
