REQUIREMENTS: 1\. Ease of learning dough kneading, fermentation, and baking, following company-established parameters. 2\. Ability to work under pressure. 3\. Commitment to keeping the workplace clean and organized. 4\. Skills in preparing bakery products, especially pastries—such as French bread, hamburger buns, hot dog buns, ciabatta, etc.—following company-established parameters. 5\. Good communication and teamwork skills. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1\. Production of sweet and savory doughs, following company-standardized recipes. 2\. Dough rounding, shaping, baking of breads, and packaging 3\. Ensuring product quality and consistency. 4\. Collaborating with the production team to meet production deadlines and objectives. 5\. Assisting with inventory and supply level maintenance. 6\. Organizing and cleaning the workplace.
