Teamwork and attention to detail Position Profile: Dispatch Assistant **Publication Date:** July 8, 2026 **Salary:** S/1,600\.00 \- S/1,800\.00 per month **Job Description:** We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to provide operational support in the warehouse and dispatch area, ensuring the proper flow of materials from receipt through delivery to the production area or end customer. **Technical Skills** * **Warehouse Operations:** Safe loading, unloading, stacking, and relocation of goods. * **Textile Handling:** Proper handling of fabric rolls and trimmings to prevent damage during transport. * **Picking and Packing:** Support in preparing materials for the cutting area and packing finished products for dispatch. * **Inventory Support:** Assistance in labeling and marking goods, and participation in physical inventory counts. * **Basic Computer Skills:** Basic knowledge of office tools for simple data entry, supporting the department head. **Soft Skills** * **Proactivity and Dynamism:** Consistent willingness to assist with daily operational tasks. * **Teamwork:** Ability to follow instructions from the Dispatch Supervisor and collaborate harmoniously with production and transportation departments. * **Attention to Detail:** Careful separation of exact quantities of components and trimmings as requested. * **Responsibility:** Commitment to material care and adherence to scheduled hours. * **Physical Stamina:** Capacity to perform manual labor and handle loads typical of a warehouse environment. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in the receipt, unloading, and orderly storage of incoming fabric rolls and trimmings into the warehouse. * Physically supply raw materials and fabrics to the cutting and production areas, strictly following purchase orders. * Prepare goods for daily dispatches, ensuring correct packaging and labeling. * Assist in physical stock verification through cycle counts to support system control. * Maintain cleanliness, order, and clear passageways within the warehouse area. **Additional Information** * **Location:** Villa María del Triunfo (Southern Zone). * **Availability:** Immediate. * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Workplace:** On-site employment.
