




Job Summary: This role involves assembling and managing dispatch documents, including coordination, review, and archiving of documentation, as well as providing support to other departments. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end document management for dispatch 2. Coordination with billing and collections departments 3. Documentary support for transportation and distribution **Responsibilities:** * Assemble dispatch documents. * Prepare qualitative and quantitative reports considering the Purchase Order (PO), Certificate of Analysis (COA), Receipt Document (RD), Sampling Report, Waybill and/or Invoice. * Coordinate with billing assistants to ensure timely submission of waybill and invoice reports. * Review and keep updated shared folders related to documents used for assembling dispatch documents on the intranet. * Scan and/or print all documents involved in assembling dispatch documents. * Archive warehouse documents (waybills, invoices, protocols, reports, etc.). * Support collections department in settlement and delivery of documents, following coordination with billing assistants. * Provide support to transportation and distribution staff upon specific client requests for documents. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
