**Profile:**
* Technician or student in the final cycles of Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or related fields.
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR (logistics and/or transportation sector).
* Knowledge of payroll systems and current labor legislation. (MANDATORY)
* Experience in recruitment and personnel selection.
* Intermediate proficiency in computer tools (Excel). (MANDATORY).
* Basic knowledge of T-Registro and PDT PLAME platforms.
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all sociocultural levels.
* Knowledge of SSOMA, Sunafil, and social welfare.
