**LOGISTICS AND DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR**
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with proven experience directly coordinating operations with carriers, warehouses, suppliers, and customers, to lead the day-to-day distribution and dispatch of all our products. We prioritize an extremely active and proactive profile—agile, with outstanding ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously—and a close, effective approach both with suppliers and customers.
**REQUIREMENTS**
· Minimum 3 years of experience directly coordinating logistics operations: carriers, warehouses, dispatches, and imports.
· Experience in logistics, distribution, and/or operations.
· Experience coordinating dispatches, transportation, and suppliers.
· Proficiency in Excel and management tools.
· Organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
· Ability to work under pressure and resolve operational issues.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
· Coordinate scheduling of orders, dispatches, and deliveries with involved departments.
· Validate order information—including prices, products, and quantities—prior to invoicing.
· Coordinate delivery conditions and dates with customers, warehouses, and carriers.
· Track purchase orders and dispatch documentation.
· Monitor charges, invoices, credit notes, and waybills.
· Follow up on operations until their proper closure.
· Quote transportation and logistics services.
Prepare reports requested by Management and Department Heads.
Salary: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.4,000\.00 per month
