Position Summary: This position ensures the operational efficiency, safety, and availability of the truck fleet (especially Scania) through planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the operational efficiency and safety of Scania truck fleets. 2. Coordinate preventive and corrective vehicle maintenance. 3. Supervise technical staff and optimize fleet availability. **Position Objective** Ensure the operational efficiency, safety, and availability of the truck fleet (especially Scania units) through planning, execution, and control of preventive and corrective maintenance, in compliance with applicable technical, regulatory, and safety standards for fuel transportation. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet. * Supervise the mechanical, electrical, and structural condition of trucks and tankers. * Coordinate with internal and external workshops (specialized in Scania) for work execution. * Monitor and track work orders, repair times, and costs. * Manage inventory of critical spare parts and consumables. * Verify compliance with safety regulations for fuel transportation. * Coordinate mandatory technical inspections, reviews, and certifications. * Maintain maintenance records and reports (unit-level history). * Respond to on-road incidents and coordinate rapid solutions (mechanical assistance). * Propose improvements to optimize fleet availability and reduce operating costs. * Supervise technical personnel (mechanics, vendors, etc.).
