**About You**
This role is part of Arbex’s investment to create new jobs and expand its capacity to produce premium products essential to millions of people globally. Here at the Puerto Tejada plant, **Together, We Will Be Unstoppable!!**
This role will be responsible for performing manual packaging activities on the assigned production line, complying with policies, regulations, procedures, and standards related to production, quality, safety, and environmental management.
**In this role, you will be responsible for:**
* Performing manual bagging of products on the assigned line.
* Supporting Operator 2 during count and/or product changeovers to ensure adherence to established timelines.
* Performing daily machine cleaning and maintaining order and cleanliness of your assigned line in accordance with the 5S methodology.
* Substituting for Operator 2 when necessary, fulfilling all of their responsibilities.
**To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:**
* Completed secondary education.
* 1+ years of experience in industrial processes and machinery.
* Knowledge of EHS, Production Processes (LEAN), and Problem Analysis & Resolution.
* Microsoft Office suite.
* SAP proficiency preferred.
* Management indicators: Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
* Knowledge of industrial maintenance and autonomous equipment care.
* Quality Management Systems (QMS).
