Job Summary:
Analyze, structure, and manage international freight rates to ensure competitive quotations, provide strategic support to the commercial team, and strengthen relationships with suppliers.

**Job Objective:**
Analyze, structure, and manage international freight rates to ensure competitive and profitable quotations. Provide strategic support to the commercial team and contribute to strengthening relationships with suppliers and agents.
Main Responsibilities:
\-Prepare import and export quotations (FCL, LCL, Air, and integrated logistics services).
\-Analyze costs, margins, and profitability per operation and per customer.
\-Request, negotiate, and update rates with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and logistics operators.
\-Maintain updated and organized rate databases.
\-Support the commercial department in opportunities, tenders, and strategic customers.
\-Validate operational conditions with the Operations department.
\-Identify opportunities for cost optimization, new routes, or new suppliers.
\-Prepare competitiveness, margin, and market trend reports.
\-Support agent accounts with consigned cargo, indicating Net and Sale per shipment.
\-Record and update control charts and departmental information.
\-Comply with internal policies, minimum margins, and approval processes.
**Requirements:**
\-Technical or university degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related fields.
\-Minimum 1 year of experience in Pricing or Quotations within a freight forwarder or cargo agency.
\-Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
\-CRM, logistics ERP, or rate management system experience is desirable.
