Opportunity for training and mutual support **Requirements:** * Education: Completed secondary education * Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Plant/Production Operator in the food industry * Proactive and highly motivated to learn * Availability to work rotating shifts * Immediate availability * Residence in areas adjacent to Chorrillos **Responsibilities:** * Perform tasks assigned by production supervisors * Ensure proper use and maintenance of personal work tools, as well as equipment or machinery used in daily duties * Meet production schedules * Carry out duties in compliance with quality requirements * Participate in training and informational meetings * Support other departments upon request * Willingness to perform physically demanding work **Benefits:** * Bi-weekly payments * Full payroll registration — General Regime * Contract type: Indefinite-term contract * Monthly transportation allowance: S/ 150.00 * 100% covered meals Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.1,300.00 — S/.1,350.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
