As a **Systems Operator** (logistics assistant or support), you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing operational documentation, and generating reports and KPIs, providing support to logistics operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with customer requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate scheduling and tracking of customer material deliveries and pickups * Manage inventory control, material movements, and system records via RF * Supervise container receipt, verifying documentation, seals, and procedural compliance * Administer operational documentation required for receipts, shipments, and logistics processes * Prepare and submit operational reports and KPIs to monitor operational performance * Provide administrative support to operations, including supplies management, labeling, and maintaining system information * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and internal procedural standards, identifying risks and improvement opportunities **What We Are Looking For** * Basic knowledge of warehousing and distribution processes * Basic hardware knowledge; intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (operations, warehouse, or logistics) * Key skills: teamwork, communication, proactivity, results orientation, and problem-solving * Must reside in areas near Lurín and be available to work rotating shifts. \#LI\-MR2 Maersk is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace, and we embrace different styles of thinking.
