Academic Qualifications** * Certified technician in clinical laboratory or related fields. * Proficiency in collecting biological samples. **2\. Experience** * Minimum 1 year of experience in sample collection (arterial and venous blood, swabs, etc.). * Fieldwork experience. **3\. Technical Competencies** * Proper adherence to biosafety standards. * Knowledge of sample preservation and transportation. * Accurate data recording and sample labeling. **4\. Personal Skills** * Responsibility and punctuality. * Excellent patient communication. * Ability to work under pressure. * Route planning and adherence. * Flyer distribution capability. * Experience as a courier. **5\.
