Join the best team and transcend with your talent as a **Middle Process Intelligence \& Performance Analyst.** **Your primary objective will be:** To design and implement automations, analytical tools, and data-driven solutions that optimize commercial performance tracking, management, and analysis processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and departmental scalability. **How will you achieve this?** * Design and implement automations focused on optimizing commercial tracking and management processes. * Develop dashboards, analytical models, and visualization tools for monitoring KPIs and performance. * Structure, clean, and transform databases to facilitate analysis and decision-making. * Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and simplification within departmental processes, promoting continuous improvement. * Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand analytical needs and translate them into practical, scalable solutions. * Provide analytical and technical support for initiatives related to performance, incentive schemes, and commercial productivity. **What do we need from you?** * Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields. * 3–5 years of experience in process automation and business analytics. * Advanced SQL proficiency (including ETL). * Advanced Power BI proficiency. * Intermediate Python knowledge and familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, VBA, Power Query). **What do we offer you at Interbank?** Development opportunities: Growth paths and upskilling and reskilling tools at Interbank and across all companies within the Intercorp Group.
