Drives business growth and profitability **Job Description:** We are looking for a Commercial Analyst responsible for driving business growth through strategic management of physical and digital channels. This position plays a key role in identifying commercial opportunities, managing suppliers, and optimizing results. **Main Responsibilities:** * Lead commercial management at physical retail points. * Manage and develop the digital channel (Rappi), implementing commercial strategies. * Ensure growth and profitability of assigned categories. * Identify new business opportunities (new categories and products). * Monitor and analyze key metrics: billing margin, net margin, and contribution. * Design and implement promotional campaigns at retail points. * Ensure proper recognition of promotional agreements with suppliers. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in commercial roles. * Experience in retail companies **(mandatory).** **Skills and Competencies:** * Key account management (suppliers). * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Ability to create high-impact presentations. * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Results-oriented mindset and teamwork capability.
