**Alca Company**, a leader in the distribution of personal protective equipment and industrial safety solutions, is seeking a **Comprehensive Accounting Analyst** to contribute to the control, analysis, and compliance of the organization’s accounting, tax, and financial processes, aligned with our corporate standards and sustainable growth objectives.
**Position Objective**
To comprehensively manage, analyze, and supervise the company’s accounting, tax, and financial processes; prepare documentation for the Annual Tax Return; produce reliable Financial Statements; and provide technical support to the Human Resources department—ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate information management.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES.**
**1\. Accounting and Tax Filings**
* Prepare, analyze, and substantiate documentation for the Annual Income Tax Return.
* Monitor monthly and annual accounting and tax provisions.
* Review and file monthly tax returns (IGV – Income Tax).
* Monitor withholdings, advance payments, and tax retentions.
* Prepare and validate accounting and electronic ledgers.
* Respond to SUNAT audits and information requests.
**2\. Financial Statements and Analysis**
* Prepare and analyze Financial Statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).
* Conduct account and accounting variation analyses.
* Prepare financial reports for Management.
* Coordinate monthly and annual accounting closings.
* Ensure consistency among accounting, taxation, and financial management.
* Propose improvements to internal processes and controls.
**4\. Accounting Support to Human Resources**
* Coordinate payroll-related accounting information.
* Review provisions for CTS, bonuses, vacations, and social benefits.
* Validate reconciliation between payroll records and accounting entries.
* Support accurate accounting of payments to ESSALUD, AFP, and labor-related taxes.
* Provide technical\-accounting support to the HR department as required.
**5\. Process Control and Improvement**
* Implement accounting and administrative internal controls.
* Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and HR departments.
* Standardize accounting procedures.
* Propose improvements for tax and financial efficiency.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE:**
**ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Degree in Accounting.
* Professional registration preferred (not mandatory).
**EXPERIENCE:**
* Minimum 3–5 years in accounting roles.
* Experience in annual tax filings and accounting closings.
* Experience supervising or guiding accounting assistants.
* Experience in commercial or distribution companies preferred.
**TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE:**
* Peruvian tax legislation.
* Annual Income Tax Return.
* Financial Statements and accounting analysis.
* SUNAT, PDT 621, PLAME, electronic ledgers.
* Payroll processing and labor provisions.
* Intermediate–advanced Excel.
* Accounting ERP systems (SAP, CONCAR, STARSOFT or others).
