Job Summary: JHS Medical is seeking a Cost Analyst to develop, analyze, and control the production cost structure, identify improvement opportunities, and participate in budgeting. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production cost structure analysis 2. Identification of cost reduction opportunities 3. Support in determining selling prices At JHS Medical, a leading company in the design, manufacturing, and distribution of medical furniture, we are looking for the best candidate for the COST ANALYST position. Responsibilities: * Develop and analyze the production cost structure (raw materials, labor, and overhead costs). * Determine standard and actual costs for products and processes. * Conduct cost variance analysis and propose corrective actions. * Collect data on material consumption, production times, and yields. * Analyze costs by production order or project. * Prepare cost, margin, and profitability reports by product or product line. * Monitor and analyze raw material costs, losses, and waste. * Participate in production budget preparation. * Support selling price determination in coordination with the commercial department. * Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities. * Prepare cost reports. Requirements: * Technical, Bachelor's, or Graduate degree in Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics. * Preferred specialization or coursework in Industrial Costs, Finance, or Management Control. * Experience 1–2 years of experience in cost analysis. Experience in industrial or metal-mechanical companies (mandatory). * Experience in production costing. * Intermediate–advanced Excel proficiency.
