




Job Summary: We are seeking a marketing professional to analyze campaign performance, manage market information, develop performance indicators, and coordinate with agencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyzes campaigns and proposes optimizations for digital and traditional marketing. 2. Manages market information and develops performance indicators (KPIs). 3. Coordinates with agencies and proposes customer segmentation strategies. **Education:** Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields**. Specialization or coursework in **digital marketing, data analytics, or trade marketing** is desirable. **Experience:** 2–3 years of experience in **marketing, trade marketing, or communications**. Proven experience in **campaign analysis, market research, and project management**. **Technical Skills:** Advanced proficiency in **Excel and PowerPoint** for analysis and executive presentations. Proficiency in **digital and performance tools**: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, SEO/SEM. Knowledge of **data visualization tools** (Power BI, Tableau – desirable). Ability to **analyze ROI, KPI, and conversion funnel metrics**. Manage and analyze market, competitor, and consumer trend information. Develop and monitor marketing performance indicators (KPIs). Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure efficient campaign execution. Propose customer segmentation strategies and advertising investment optimization. Conduct pricing analysis, product profitability assessments, and market studies. Support the development of marketing plans and executive presentations for management.
