RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor weekly sales performance, and manage daily progress with each assigned executive. * Undergo training on guidelines according to the product's credit policies. * Analyze and organize each executive’s daily schedule and activities. * Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. * Provide commercial advice and sales forecasting support to the team led. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum two (2) years of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory) * Experience, knowledge, and handling of payroll-deductible loans and/or payroll discount loans. * Management of a team of promoters with experience in the financial sector. * Experience in customer management; organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. * Competence in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
