RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare monthly sales forecasts, monitor weekly sales, and manage daily progress with each assigned executive. * Undergo training aligned with the product's credit policies. * Analyze and schedule each executive’s daily activities and movements. * Develop training and onboarding programs for the entire sales force. * Provide commercial advice and sales forecasting support to the team being led. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum two (2) years of experience as a commercial, sales, or field supervisor in the financial sector (Mandatory). * Experience, knowledge, and proficiency in payroll-deductible loans and/or salary assignment loans. * Management of a team of promoters experienced in the financial sector. * Experience in customer management; organized, analytical, and possessing strong interpersonal skills. * Competency in planning, organization, presence, and leadership. * Knowledge of commercial processes, recognition programs, team leadership/development, and coaching. * Intermediate-level MS Office proficiency.
