GPS Monitor - Night/Day Shift

Position Summary: We are seeking GPS Monitors to verify the location of transportation units, alert about incidents, and record time and transfer information. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and verification of transportation unit locations using GPS platforms. 2. Alerting about incidents en route and recording transfer information. 3. Informing internal and external customers about delays and updates. At LTP, we are looking for GPS Monitors who meet the following profile: **Requirements:** * Technical professional graduated in Computing, Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year or more of experience performing related activities. * Knowledge of GPS systems such as Tracklog, Comsatel, Frotcom. * Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities:** * Continuously monitor, verify, and report the location of transportation units using GPS platform tools and email. * Immediately alert about any incident occurring en route according to the established communication flow. * Record and update timing information per process (loading and unloading), appointment compliance, and incidents in scheduled transfers (e.g., extended dwell times, rejections, or others). * Report on units waiting in queue for their respective loading. * Timely inform internal or external customers about operational delays and en-route incidents. * Comply with established security protocols. * Comply with SIG policies, procedures, and operational controls, and provide evidence of such compliance. * Perform other related and/or complementary duties assigned by their immediate supervisor. **Schedule:** * Work schedule is 5x2\. * Rotating shifts: day and night, 12 hours each.
