Facilitate knowledge development and learning processes for children, adolescents, youth, and adult beneficiaries of World Vision Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:
**POSITION PURPOSE**
Facilitate knowledge development, learning, and skills-building processes based on World Vision Mexico’s methodologies, as well as the objectives of its Programs and Special Projects, with a focus on the target population within the area of intervention, aligned with the National and Regional Strategy, Child Protection and Safeguarding Policy for girls, boys, adolescents, and adults, Grants Policy, and organizational guidelines contributing to the well-being and protection of girl, boy, adolescent, youth, and adult beneficiaries.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
1\.\- Ensure implementation of assigned projects to achieve scheduled targets.
* Train target stakeholders (mothers, fathers, caregivers, teachers, community leaders, religious leaders, adolescents, and youth, among others) using the organization’s, program’s, or special project’s methodologies in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Prepare monthly, biweekly, and final reports on progress toward objectives stipulated in the assigned program or Special Project’s control dashboard.
* Plan and manage implementation of objectives for assigned programs or projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Continuously monitor performance of subcontracted organizations implementing programs or projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Actively collaborate in developing structured work plans prepared by subcontracted organizations for implementing the program or projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Synergies with schools and communities participating in assigned projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Conduct baseline and endline surveys to measure outcomes of assigned programs or projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
2\.\- Strengthen community organization in territories supported by World Vision Mexico that contribute to ensuring successful project implementation.
* Train local partners (teachers, community leaders, faith-based organization leaders, volunteers, etc.) on the organization’s methodologies, purposes of the Program or Special Project, and Community Change/Organization in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Coordinate community development plans jointly developed with accompanied communities in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Implement actions according to technical approaches, coordinated with partners and WVM’s Safeguarding Policy.
* Facilitate participation of community committees alongside local (government) authorities for implementing jointly developed community development plans.
* Coordinate activities with World Vision Mexico’s teams operating in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Carry out awareness-raising actions for volunteers and leaders regarding monitoring and follow-up of project activities, as well as identification of heightened vulnerability risks.
* Provide accompaniment and monitoring to partners and volunteers to ensure they understand and apply the methodology according to the technical approach(es) implemented in the Program or Special Project.
* Design capacity-building initiatives for partners and volunteers implemented to contribute to achieving Program or Project objectives.
3\.\- Build partnerships with local partners contributing to ensuring successful project implementation.
* Establish partnerships with local partners (schools, churches, businesses, community organizations, etc.) for sustainable implementation of assigned projects in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Conduct in-person and remote monitoring of previously established partnerships with local partners (schools, churches, businesses, community organizations, etc.) in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Follow up on work agreements established with local partners in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Conduct in-person supervision of partner organizations in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Cooperate actively and effectively with institutional teams in the state/municipality or community where the organization operates or has influence.
* Develop evidence records of community meetings and jointly developed work plans.
4\.\- Demonstrate commitment to and alignment with the organization’s philosophy; demonstrate child protection attitude, adherence to the Child Protection Policy; maintain confidentiality of information related to the position and the organization; and participate in personal and collective safety measures when required.
**PROFILE**
Experience: Minimum 1\-3 years’ experience facilitating teaching\-learning processes at the community level on topics including community planning, positive parenting, and socioemotional skills development.
1\-3 years’ experience implementing community education projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy, Social Work, Sociology, Community Development, Ethnology, or disciplines related to natural resource management.
**Knowledge and Skills:**
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and OneDrive),
Videoconferencing platforms (Zoom, Meet),
Assertive communication.
Problem analysis and resolution capability.
Proactive and sensitive to contextual diversity.
Discretionary handling of information.
Teamwork and willingness to travel.
Ability to drive standard vehicles (PREFERRED).
Valid driver’s license.
**WORK LOCATION: Acapulco, Gro.**
