Job Summary: Design efficient routes, coordinate departments, and ensure safety to achieve effective and timely deliveries. Key Highlights: 1. Designing efficient routes considering multiple factors. 2. Interdepartmental coordination for aligned route plans. 3. Prioritizing safety in routing personnel and cargo. **ROUTE PLANNER** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze large volumes of data, including traffic information, weather conditions, working hours, and vehicle characteristics. * Design the most efficient routes, considering multiple factors such as distance, travel time, fuel consumption, and traffic restrictions. * Coordinate with various departments and teams within the organization to ensure alignment with the route plan. * Prioritize safety by analyzing restricted and hazardous zones to protect personnel and customer cargo. * Primarily develop a routing plan (scheduling) that guarantees delivery effectiveness and punctuality, generating a KPI for the client. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Education level: Technical or university graduate in Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Knowledge of TMS and scheduling software. * Familiarity with GPS and monitoring platforms. * Knowledge of traffic laws and cargo transportation regulations. * Microsoft Office and Excel – Intermediate/Advanced **BENEFITS:** * Market-competitive salary * Timely payments (biweekly and end-of-month) * Career development path Workplace: On-site \- Callao Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,300\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
