You surely don’t want to miss out! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Knowledge of **SAP S/4HANA**. * Proficiency in On Base and HANA. * User, role, and permission management in **SAP ERP**. * Proficiency in monitoring and operations tools such as **SAP Solution Manager (SolMan)**. * Knowledge of SAP process administration and optimization: * Performance monitoring (**ST02, ST22, SM37, SM51, SM66, SM12, SM21**). * Background job management (**scheduled jobs**). * Transports and application of SAP notes. * Homogeneous copies in SAP environments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in access and security management in **SAP IAS and SCC**. * Experience in **SAP monitoring automation** via scripts or complementary tools. * Analytical ability to detect and resolve critical SAP incidents. **Desirable Certifications:** * **SAP Certified Technology Associate \- SAP Basis** (desirable, not mandatory). * ITIL Foundation (desirable, not mandatory). **Soft Skills:** * Ability to work collaboratively in teams with infrastructure and application areas. * High level of **proactivity and problem resolution** in production environments. * Effective communication for interaction with internal users and vendors. * Ability to **document and generate technical reports**. **Additional Information** Are you looking for a place where your ideas shine?
