




Job Summary: Responsible for communication, monitoring, and management of deliveries, safety, and personnel, ensuring operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages communication and monitoring of delivery routes. 2. Ensures compliance with safety regulations and staff training. 3. Responsible for the timely dispatch of the fleet and documentation. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Communicates delivery status and any in-route issues to the client’s monitor for immediate resolution. * Monitors delivery routes to report delivery statuses promptly. * Coordinates with the safety officer to implement safety measures during deliveries. * Reports and alerts delays in product loading, dispatch delays, and dispatch failures. * Manages and controls transporters’ working hours and rest periods in coordination with the safety officer. * Complies with the client’s established Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and disseminates them to all staff. * Conducts training for new personnel prior to operational entry, including supervised cylinder handling practice, followed by client evaluation. * Ensures timely fleet dispatch, proper documentation, cargo securing, and accurate completion of required forms for truck departures. ***Assigned Fleet: 4 units*** **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred. \- Defensive driving skills; knowledge of MAPTEL system. \- Completed technical or university studies in transportation engineering or related fields. \- Punctuality, commitment, effective communication, and teamwork. \- Immediate availability. **BENEFITS:** \- Formal payroll enrollment from the first day of work. \- Bonuses. \- CTS (Compensatory Time Savings). \- Family allowance. \- Market-competitive salary.
