Position Summary:
Responsible for communicating delivery status, monitoring routes, managing safety measures, and ensuring timely fleet dispatch, including staff training.
Key Highlights:

**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Informs the client's Monitor about delivery status and on-route issues to enable immediate resolution.
* Monitors routes to promptly report delivery statuses.
* Collaborates with the Safety Officer to implement safety measures during deliveries.
* Reports and alerts about delays in product loading, dispatch delays, and dispatch failures.
* Manages and monitors transporters' working hours and rest periods in coordination with the Safety Officer.
* Complies with the client's established Safety, Health, and Environmental standards and disseminates them to all personnel.
* Conducts training for new staff prior to operational deployment, as well as supervised cylinder handling practice, followed by client evaluation.
* Ensures timely fleet dispatch, documentation, cargo securing, and proper completion of required forms for truck departures.

**REQUIREMENTS:**
\- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred.
\- Defensive driving skills; knowledge of MAPTEL system.
\- Completed technical or university studies in transportation engineering or related fields.
\- Punctuality, commitment, effective communication, and teamwork.
\- Immediate availability.
