




Job Summary: The Operations Assistant coordinates tourism services, reservations, suppliers, and itineraries to ensure a smooth and satisfying travel experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistical and administrative support for travel operations The Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the proper execution of tourism services provided by the agency, including reservation coordination, supplier coordination, itinerary preparation, and contingency handling, with the goal of guaranteeing a smooth and satisfying travel experience for clients. Works closely with the Operations Manager, providing logistical and administrative support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of services, as well as in the accurate coordination of trips and associated services. Responsibilities: * Support management in executing internal projects and preparing statistical reports related to operations. Process necessary reservations for passengers' trips (hotels, transportation, entry to tourist sites, etc.). * Assign guides and briefers, and manage entry tickets for corresponding tourist attractions. * Update and monitor the Lima Services Spreadsheet to ensure accuracy and timely updates. * Coordinate with suppliers to reconfirm certain reservations days prior to passenger arrival. * Prepare passengers' travel itineraries. * Update service information in the system before, during, and after the trip. * Support rescheduling of trips affected by incidents and/or contingencies.
