We are currently seeking top talent for the position of Corporate Budget Assistant. **PUBLISHED:** MONDAY, JUNE 15, 2026 CORPORATE BUDGET ASSISTANT **Details:** **Responsibilities:** Support and assist in the processes of formulation, approval, modification, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of Enterprises’ budgets, in accordance with applicable regulations and directives. Receive, collect, and process information related to the formulation, approval, and modification of Enterprises’ budgets, in compliance with the Multiannual Macroeconomic Framework, relevant regulations, and corporate budgetary policies. Receive, collect, process, and consolidate supporting information for drafting proposals on the approval and modification of the Consolidated Budget of Enterprises, aligned with targets set by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Multiannual Macroeconomic Framework. Collect, prepare, structure, and organize supporting information for preparing corporate and managerial budgetary reports. Collect and process budgetary and financial information within the scope of responsibility of the Corporate Budget Area, for reporting to regulatory, oversight, and supervisory entities. Support the consolidation of information and activities carried out by FONAFE’s organizational bodies and units that must be included in FONAFE’s Corporate Annual Report. Assist in preparing and consolidating historical and current budgetary information regarding Enterprises’ Revenues, Expenditures, and FBK Investments. Prepare supporting information for drafting budgetary evaluation reports of Enterprises. Support the budget reconciliation process. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Minimum two (2) years of general work experience, including at least one (1) year in a position involving duties and responsibilities similar to this role, in public and/or private enterprises. Courses and/or specializations in Budget Management, Finance, Business Management, or related fields. Knowledge of Public Enterprise Management Standards, Government Procurement Regulations, Strategic Planning, or related areas.
