Join the best team and transcend with your talent as an **IFS Corporate Financial Planning Analyst** **Your primary objective will be:** To support the IFS Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis process by developing financial projections, result estimates, and performance analysis for group companies, thereby delivering timely and reliable information to support senior management decision-making and achievement of strategic objectives. **How will you achieve this?** * Consolidate and analyze subsidiary financial results, identifying variances against budget, forecasts, and prior periods. * Prepare financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making. * Assess financial and accounting impacts arising from regulatory and statutory changes, including IFRS criteria. * Conduct ad hoc financial analyses linked to strategic initiatives, projects, and business performance. * Coordinate with finance and business teams to understand result variances and their financial implications. * Maintain and optimize financial monitoring and forecasting models, incorporating analytical tools and artificial intelligence solutions to improve analysis quality and timeliness. **What do we require from you?** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * 3–4 years of experience in Financial Planning, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or related areas. * Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and financial statements. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Think-Cell mandatory). * Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, and data analytics tools is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. **What do we offer you at Interbank?** An INcredible experience with our flexible work model “Interbank Eres” Development opportunities: growth pathways and upskilling/reskilling tools at Interbank and across all Grupo Intercorp companies.
