At **Leasy**, a fintech specialized in vehicle financing, we are looking for a **Credit Risk Analyst** who will contribute to effective risk management by analyzing financial and credit information, monitoring risk indicators, and proposing improvements to evaluation policies and processes. **Responsibilities**: * Analyze and evaluate individual credit applications for vehicle financing according to established risk policies and criteria. * Analyze customers’ financial information, credit history, and payment behavior to determine their risk level. * Monitor and analyze credit risk indicators such as delinquency, FPD, rolls, portfolio yield, among others. * Analyze portfolio performance to identify trends, alerts, and opportunities for improvement. * Prepare risk reports and analyses to support decision-making. * Propose improvements to credit evaluation policies, rules, and processes, considering both risk level and profitability. * Provide analytical support to the Risk department in portfolio monitoring and tracking. **What We Expect From You**: * Graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economic Engineering, Accounting, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in financial instrument management, investment risk, credit risk, corporate finance, or corporate banking. * Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Visual Basic. * Knowledge of financial statement interpretation and analysis. * Proficiency in **Power BI** for dashboard and indicator development (*mandatory*). * Knowledge of **SQL and/or Python**.
