You will drive the performance of a highly collaborative team composed of diverse and talented colleagues. Our **Finance** team is looking for an **FP\&A Team Leader** to join Inchcape **Peru**. The purpose of this role is to act as a strategic business partner—leading financial planning and delivering clear, timely information to enable data-driven decision-making. Your primary challenge will be bridging financial vision with operations—anticipating risks, identifying opportunities, and ensuring alignment with growth and profitability objectives. **What You’ll Do** * Design and lead the annual financial planning (budget) process and periodic reviews (forecast), aligned with regional guidelines, for appropriate implementation across the cluster. * Develop financial models to support strategic decisions (e.g., variance analysis, tier mix analysis, portfolio analysis, pricing analysis). * Analyze deviations from CAPEX, OPEX, and Working Capital budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities. * Generate managerial financial reports and control dashboards (KPIs). * Actively participate in defining business strategies, ensuring their financial viability. * Identify and lead opportunities for improvement in financial processes, tools, and automation. **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Additional qualifications in Finance (desirable). * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Financial Planning, with understanding of CAPEX and Working Capital. * Experience leading teams, ideally within multinational companies. * Advanced English language proficiency. * Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools (advanced Excel). **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to build it with us.
