Interdepartmental coordination for tax documentation A prominent consulting firm is currently seeking top talent to fill the vacancy for: Accounting Assistant **Requirements:** \- Graduate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance (Mandatory) \- Minimum 6 months of experience in similar roles \- Knowledge of SIPAN ERP (Desirable) \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency \- Data analysis and reporting capabilities \- Tax Management course (Desirable) \- Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** \- Daily entry or registration of purchase invoices into the accounting system. \- Perform review and reconciliation of company revenues, and maintain up-to-date accounting records \- Receive and validate accounting documents related to cash inflows and outflows. \- Maintain proper updating, organization, and control of assigned accounting documents. \- Prepare and update bank reconciliations. \- Perform costing and financial analysis for each new account added. \- Record payment vouchers (purchases and sales) according to cost centers and keep corresponding reports updated for preparation of financial statements. \- Coordinate with various departments to collect tax and accounting supporting documents.
