Work at a real estate company focused on new developments **We are looking for a NEW PROJECTS ANALYST** Our client, a **real estate company**, is seeking to hire a young professional with analytical vision and the ability to identify development opportunities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting strategic land parcels. * Evaluating technical and regulatory feasibility. * Financial modeling of projects. * Market research and competitive analysis. **Required Profile:** * Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Business Administration * 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis and/or real estate development within REAL ESTATE COMPANIES. * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power BI is desirable. * Basic knowledge of Python and SQL. * Competencies: analytical, structured, proactive, and capable of cross-functional coordination. **Application:** Interested candidates should send their CV to: **mespinoza@meconsultoresgh.com** Work Location: On-site employment
