We have a team dedicated to generating a positive impact on the quality of life of Peruvians. **Job Objective** To research, analyze, and produce high-quality financial and business content (reports, articles, summaries, and texts) serving as the foundation for scriptwriting and marketing material development, thereby advancing financial education and inclusion. **Main Responsibilities** * Research and gather information on trends, current events, and developments in the financial, economic, business, geopolitical, and general cultural sectors (national and international). * Prepare reports and summaries to support marketing content. * Draft technically grounded texts with clear writing style. * Provide structured and reliable information for scriptwriting and communication assets. **Requirements** * Students from the 8th semester onward in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields (non-exclusive). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Strong synthesis, analytical, and research capabilities. * Passion for researching, analyzing, and delving deeply into topics (a natural researcher). * Organizational skills, curiosity, responsibility, and proactivity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Interest in financial markets, investments, economics, business, and fintech. * Prior experience in writing articles, reports, or conducting research (academic, professional, or freelance). **What We Offer** * 30 hours per week. * A dynamic and learning-oriented environment within a growing fintech. * Market-competitive compensation.
