Guidance and management of mortgage financing and financial products A real estate company is seeking a REAL ESTATE COMMERCIAL COORDINATOR **Job Objective** Provide comprehensive advisory support to external advisors who have clients interested in acquiring real estate properties, managing the commercial process from prospecting to sale closure, including guidance and management of mortgage financing and other related financial products. **Academic Qualifications** * Technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Desirable training in real estate sales and mortgage loans. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales. * Proven experience in mortgage loan management and evaluation. * Knowledge and experience with financial products and banking institutions' financing processes. * Desirable commercial experience with CMR Evolta products or other financial products related to the real estate sector.
