Provide strategic guidelines to various organizational areas. **Date:** Aug 12, 2026 **Location:** LIMA, Peru **Company:** Alicorp S.A.A. **What will be your challenge?** -------------------------- Participate in the review and updating of the company's strategy, aligned with medium- to long-term objectives and the sector's competitive dynamics. Design and structure Business Cases by leading and coordinating cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions, integrating financial, commercial, and operational information. Provide strategic guidelines to various organizational areas, promoting decision-making consistent with the company's vision and strategic priorities. **What will you do in this role?** ------------------------- Update and structure the corporate strategy in coordination with various company departments. Develop Business Cases with financial and strategic analysis. Analyze the market, competition, and industry trends. Prepare executive presentations for the Management Committee and Board of Directors. Coordinate with Business Units and functional departments to deliver strategic guidance. Support annual strategic planning processes and projections. **What do we need from you?** --------------------------- Professional degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in similar positions. Experience in strategic consulting, economic or business consulting, corporate strategy departments, new business development, strategic planning, etc. Advanced knowledge of finance. Advanced English proficiency. Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Intermediate proficiency in Excel. Desirable: Knowledge of Power BI and/or Hyperion
