Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Banking Supervisor to manage and support a team of promoters and monitor Working Capital products. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage and provide support to the promoter team 2. Monitor the placement of Working Capital products (SMEs) 3. Experience leading teams and selling intangible products At ALVCOM, we have extensive experience in outsourced sales management and are composed of professionals from the Banking Financial, Commercial, and Services sectors. Currently, we offer products from our commercial partner, Interbank; therefore, we are looking for a Business Banking Supervisor who wishes to join our team. PRIMARY FUNCTION: \-Manage, support, and attend to the promoter team. \- Monitor the placement of various Working Capital products for small and medium-sized enterprises. REQUIREMENTS: \- Experience leading advisor teams \- Experience selling intangible products (loans, insurance, etc.), preferably in Business Banking. \- Field sales experience. \- Students or professionals in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or related fields. \- Immediate availability. SKILLS: \- Perseverance. \- Pro\-activeness and dynamism. \- Communication and negotiation skills.
