Position Summary: We are seeking a leader to build the Treasury function within a group comprising multiple business units, designing and implementing cash flow processes and managing banking relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Leads the establishment of the Treasury department from scratch. 2. Designs and implements the group's consolidated cash flow process. 3. Manages banking relationships and optimizes financial processes. At Sportwagen, the official Hyundai representative in Peru, we seek a professional to lead the establishment of the Treasury department for a group operating across multiple business units. **Responsibilities** * Design and implement the group's consolidated cash flow process * Build and manage the budgeting and cash flow control process * Prepare executive liquidity and working capital reports for decision-making * Manage banking relationships and treasury operations * Identify and implement improvements and automation of financial processes, leveraging digital and analytical tools * Define and monitor financial KPIs related to liquidity, working capital, and operational efficiency **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration * 3–5 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or Management Control * Experience managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital * Proficiency in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis * Experience preparing executive reports and presentations for decision-making * Proficiency in analytical tools (Advanced Excel is mandatory; Power BI or similar is desirable) * Experience in optimizing and automating financial processes * Strong analytical capability, results orientation, and sound judgment for decision-making *If you are motivated by the challenge of building something from scratch, please submit your CV and respond to the following:* * A concrete example of a treasury financial process you have implemented or significantly improved * ***Salary expectations.*** Email: **daniel.rodriguez@sportwagen\-peru.com** Employment type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: S/.2,200\.00 \- S/.2,700\.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
