Career path opportunity At Awara Group, we continue to grow and are currently looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team: **Responsibilities:** * Plan accounting, tax, and payroll procedures * Supervise monthly and annual accounting closings for clients * Ensure compliance with local and tax legislation * Analyze balance sheets and income statements * Identify inconsistencies in account balances prior to issuing reports * Organize documentary evidence supporting financial activities * Other duties inherent to the position **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting * Minimum 3–4 years of experience as an analyst * Solid knowledge of accounting processes * Proficiency in Starsoft system * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Residence in districts adjacent to Surco **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Team leadership * Adaptability * Problem-solving ability **Benefits:** * Positive work environment * Ongoing training * Career path opportunity **Conditions:** * Availability to work in Surco * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM * Payroll under small-business regime Employment type: Full-time Salary: S/.3,000.00 – S/.3,500.00 per month Application question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
